- Cash Back on GCash is exclusive to customers with an active Pinoy Plan or Pinoy+ Plan at the time of spending.
Spending is calculated in Canadian Dollars (CAD), excluding any tax. Only subscriptions directly associated with your Pinoy Plan or Pinoy+ Plan will count toward the CAD$200 threshold. This includes:
- Main Plan subscription and renewal
- Add-on subscription
Purchases that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for the threshold calculation.
- To claim your cash back, provide a valid email address via "My kini" > "My Settings" within 10 days of the reminder SMS. Failure to do so will result in the reward expiring, making you ineligible for that spending cycle’s cash back.
