How it works
1. Get Your kini mobile SIM

Purchase a kini mobile SIM and choose a plan* that suits your needs. Activate your SIM in Canada.

* Choose All-in-one / All-in-one+ plan for Hong Kong or Mainland China Number;
* Choose Pinoy / Pinoy+ plan for Philippine number

2. Apply 1 Plan, 2 Numbers

🇭🇰 Hong Kong number:
📞 Call our customer service at 1888 to port in your existing Hong Kong number or obtain a new number.

🇵🇭 Philippine number:
📩 Send an SMS to 1888 using the format below. Replace XXXXXXXXXX with your 10-digit Philippine prepaid number.

🟢 SMART / TNT / Sun Customer: [PHSMART63XXXXXXXXXX]
🔵 GLOBE / TM Customer: [PHGLOBE63XXXXXXXXXX]

🇨🇳 Mainland China number:
🌐 Visit CMLink Marketplace to apply for a new* number or link your existing CMCC number.

* For new numbers, eligible after 1 month on a kini plan

3. Complete The Application

🇭🇰 Hong Kong number:
Submit relevant information according to the SMS instructions.

🇵🇭 Philippine number:
Upon receiving a confirmation SMS, your number will be successfully linked to kini. ✅

🇨🇳 Mainland China number:
Enable Call* & SMS Forwarding at CMLink Marketplace after receiving a confirmation SMS on your kini SIM.

* Call forwarding is supported for linked existing China Mobile numbers.

4. Stay Connected with Your Number

🇭🇰 Hong Kong number:
Your kini SIM can receive calls and SMS from the Hong Kong number.

🇵🇭 Philippine number:
PHP 10 will be credited to your Philippine number upon each kini’s Pinoy or Pinoy+ Plan renewal.

🇨🇳 Mainland China number:
Your kini SIM can receive calls and SMS from the Mainland China number.

Terms and conditions
1 Plan, 2 Numbers (Hong Kong or China Number)
  1. Customers are entitled to one Canadian number and one out-of-Canada number (i.e. a Hong Kong or China number) simultaneously. kini mobile will host both numbers under the same plan.
  2. If you port in a Hong Kong number or link a China number, kini mobile will not provide a separate SIM card for that number.
  3. You can port-out your Hong Kong number to any Hong Kong service provider at any time, without affecting your Canadian number or its benefits.
  4. Porting out your Hong Kong number will not affect your Canadian number, and all Canadian services and benefits will remain intact.
  5. New China Mobile virtual numbers require 1 month of kini plan usage before applying. They support SMS forwarding only, come without a physical SIM, and cannot be used independently or converted to a physical SIM. An active Canadian plan is required to keep the number.
1 Plan, 2 Numbers (Philippine Number)
  1. Customers can manage one Canadian number and one out-of-Canada number (i.e. Philippine number) simultaneously. kini mobile will host both numbers under the same plan.
  2. Each time your kini Pinoy or Pinoy+ Plan renews, PHP 10 will be credited to your registered Philippine prepaid mobile number to extend its validity.
  3. This service supports Smart (and sub brand TNT and Sun) and Global (and sub brand TM) Philippine prepaid mobile numbers.
  4. Postpaid Philippine numbers are not supported.
Data Appreciation Rewards
  1. Downgrading or terminating your monthly plan will reset your Canada and Hong Kong data reward tenure.
  2. Rewards are valid for the same period as your monthly plan. Any unused data will reset upon the next renewal.
  3. Hong Kong roaming data rewards apply only to All-in-one or All-in-one+ plans. Canada data rewards apply to All-in-one, All-in-one+, Pinoy or Pinoy+ plans.
  4. Please ensure your mobile device is compatible with Hong Kong roaming data services.
  5. kini mobile reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
