• Manual connection:
  • May take 10–30 seconds to find networks after turning off Automatic.
  • If “SmarTone HK” doesn’t appear: Toggle Airplane Mode or restart phone.
• Once you arrive in Hong Kong and connect to ‘SmarTone HK,’ simply switch on “Data Roaming” to get started.
• Run out of data, calls, or SMS? Services auto-pause with no extra fees, no surprises! Add a new pack whenever you're ready.
• Validity of roaming pack matches your kini’s monthly plan (max 30 days).
• If you use roaming continuously in Hong Kong for more than 120 days, roaming service may be temporarily interrupted (e.g., unable to connect to the local network). Terms & Conditions:​

• If you downgrade your plan (e.g., to a “Basic Plan”) or terminate your monthly plan, your accumulated Canada and Hong Kong roaming data rewards (rewards) will be reset.​

• Rewards are valid for the same period as your monthly plan. Any unused data, minutes, or SMS will reset upon the next renewal.​

• Hong Kong roaming data rewards apply only to active All-in-one or All-in-one+ plans.​ Canada data rewards apply to active All-in-one, All-in-one+, Pinoy or Pinoy+ plans. Suspended or Terminated SIMs or plan subscriptions are not be eligible for the rewards.
